William K "Bill" Collins

• 1969-1973 - Collins Petroleum Corporation. Structured prospects and drilled Knox Dolomite wells in Adair County, KY and Ft. Payne Reef wells in Scott County, TN
• 1973-1976 - Campbellsville College - AS Degree in Business Administration & Economics - KY Registered Professional Geologist #2204 (grandfathered)
• 1976-1977 - Operated as an individual and for Security Gas and Oil Corporation, San Francisco, CA. Discovered Leipers Lime (Fairmont) field in southern Green Co., KY
• 1977 - Formed Wilco Energy Corporation to structure drilling ventures and drill, rework, and operate wells for our own account, others, and investor partners
• 1977-Present - As sole owner of Wilco Energy, researched drilling prospects, correlated driller's and electric logs, mapped structures, and selected drilling locations for all wells drilled by Wilco and for others.

Under his direction, Wilco Energy has participated in or operated wells in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee. Based on our experience and expertise, Wilco Energy has achieved a success ratio of 85%.

In addition to Wilco Energy Corporation, Bill owns BC Oil Company, Inc., a bulk fuel distributor serving agriculture, commercial, and retail accounts in Central Kentucky. He also owns Fastrack Development, Inc., a real estate development company and Fastrack Food Stores, LLC, a BP branded convenient store chain. For the past 10 years we have concentrated our efforts to building this chain until selling most of the stores to a large South Eastern petroleum company in 2005.

Bill is a former board member and VP of the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association and former trustee of Campbellsville College. He is a stockholder and current board member of Citizens Bank, Campbellsville, KY, where he also serves as Chairman of the Senior Credit Committee.

William D "Scott" Collins

Scott literally grew up in the oil business. This early exposure to drilling and completing oil wells inspired him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University .

With the decline of domestic oil prices in the late 1980’s, Scott found gainful employment as an Environmental Geologist. Since 1994, Scott has been involved in numerous soil and groundwater remediation projects in several States. With the strong, long-term supply/demand trend toward higher oil prices, Scott is excited to once again be involved in an exciting and challenging career within the petroleum industry.

Scott is a Certified Contractor with the Commonwealth if Kentucky . He is also a Certified Well Driller with the Kentucky Division of Water and a Certified Underground Storage Tank Remover with the Commonwealth’s Fire Marshall. Scott is also a registered NASAA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent.
